Course Aims and Opportunities
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is a global professional accountancy body. Studying  ACCA qualifications will provide you with skills and knowledge relevant to any business.

Entry Requirements

  1. Students must be at least 16 years old.
  2. Fluency in written and spoken English and basic numeracy required.
  3. No prior academic qualifications necessary but students will generally have completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent or be qualified through work experience.  Those with previous qualifications may be eligible for exemptions from certain exam papers.

Foundations in Accountancy Qualifications

Introductory Certificate in Financial & Management Accounting:

  • FA1 Recording Financial Transactions
  • MA1 Management Information
  • Foundations in Professionalism – Ethics

Intermediate Certificate in Financial & Management Accounting:

  • FA2 Maintaining Financial Records
  • MA2 Managing Costs and Finance

Diploma in Accounting & Business:

  • FAB Accountant in Business
  • FMA Management Accounting
  • FFA Financial Accounting

Certified Accounting Technician:

  • FFX Foundations in Taxation
  • FFM Foundations in Financial Management
  • Plus one year’s certified work experience

Diploma in Business and Accounting: 18 January 2018, Thursday, 6.30pm – 9.30pm plus 1 Saturday per month, 10am – 1pm

Tuition fees: €1,650 for all papers in Diploma in Accounting and Business. Instalment plans an option.
ACCA Registration Fee:  £79 stg.   Exam fees 2017: 4 x £50 & 3 x £72 stg.
ACCA Annual Subscription: £81.   Text books:  €30 approx each new.
