  • Budgeting & Cost Estimation
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation – PERT & CPM etc.
  • Monitoring & Information Systems, Reporting Processes & Earned Value Analysis
  • Computerised Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
  • Project Control Systems
  • Project Auditing, The Project Audit Life-Cycle and Audit Report
  • Project Termination and The Final Report
