QQI (Quality and Qualification Ireland)

Rossan College is registered with QQI to offer programmes leading to QQI awards in the National Framework of Qualifications and has agreed its quality assurance procedures with QQI. As the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland, QQI gives people opportunity to gain recognition for learning in education or training centres, in the work place and in the community.

ACCA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

ACCA is the largest and fastest-growing international accountancy body with 260,000 students and 110,000 members in 170 countries. ACCA aims to offer first choice qualifications to people of application, ability and ambition around the work who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.

ECDL ECDL – European Computer Driving Licence

ECDL is the world’s leading computer skills certification. To date more than 14 million people have engaged with the ECDL programme, in over 100 countries. The ECDL programme defines the skills and competencies necessary to use a computer and common computer applications. It offers a wide range of modules including Computer Essentials, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and IT Security. Candidates take tests in the modules which are most relevant to their educational and professional requirements

ETB ETB – registered trainer for approved programmes

ETBs are statutory authorities which have responsibility for education and training, youth work and a range of other statutory functions. ETBs manage and operate second-level schools, further education colleges, multi-faith community national schools and a range of adult and further education centres delivering education and training programmes.
